Header Injector – Custom HTTP Headers

Header Injector is a Chrome extension that lets you add or modify HTTP request headers based on rules you configure. This policy explains how the extension handles information.
Header Injector does not collect, transmit, or share any user data with the developer or any third party. There are no analytics, accounts, or remote servers.
Your header rules and settings (header names, values, domain rules, and on/off toggles) are saved locally in your browser using Chrome’s built-in storage API. This data stays on your device and is not sent anywhere.
The extension requests broad host access so you can configure headers for any website you choose (e.g. localhost, staging, or production APIs). The extension only modifies outgoing HTTP request headers according to your rules. It does not read, collect, or transmit page content or browsing history.
You may enter sensitive values such as API keys or authorization tokens when configuring headers. These values are stored only in your browser’s local storage under your control. The developer never receives or has access to them.
Header Injector does not sell, rent, or share data with third parties. No third-party services are used.
